Still (“we”, “us”) — Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy describes how Still collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS app.
Account identifier (anonymous). We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user ID so you can post prayers and sync “Amen” reactions without a username or email. We do not require you to sign in with Apple, email, or phone.
User-generated content. Prayer text you submit may be stored in Google Cloud Firestore and displayed to other users in the app for the same daily verse context.
Subscription status. Purchases and entitlements are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Device notifications. If you allow notifications, the app schedules a local reminder on your device (we do not send remote push notifications for this feature unless we introduce them in a future update and update this policy).
Advertising measurement (optional). If you allow App Tracking Transparency (“Allow” tracking), we and our advertising partner Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK) may use the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and related app events (such as app opens and in-app purchases) to measure the effectiveness of ads that led you to Still and to improve ad delivery. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” we do not enable advertiser tracking for Meta; Meta may still receive limited aggregated measurement (for example via Apple’s SKAdNetwork) that does not rely on your IDFA.
Diagnostics. Firebase and Apple systems may collect limited technical or diagnostic data according to their own policies.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase / Firestore (backend), Apple (App Store, StoreKit, device platform), and—when you allow tracking—Meta Platforms (advertising measurement via the Meta SDK). We do not sell your personal information. Meta’s processing is also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.
We retain content and related records as needed to operate the service. You may request deletion of information we control by contacting us at the email below; some data may remain where required for legal or security reasons. Advertising measurement data held by Meta is retained according to Meta’s policies.
Still is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have collected a child’s information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
